Ricardo La Guardia

[EN]: Ricardo La Guardia has more than 30 years of experience in international sales, product management, business development, and operations. He was responsible for building the Latin America business for CommScope in the early 1990s. Then he moved to different areas of the business, from sales to operations, global product management, global customer service, and returned to sales in 2011. Ricardo lived for several years in the US, working for CommScope and returned to Brazil in 2011. At ARRIS, Ricardo was an integral part of the success of the Latin America region, managing some of the most important service providers' accounts as well as focusing on the expansion of Wi-Fi business activities. Ricardo joined Intelsat in June 2021 as vice president of Latin America Sales with a focus on supporting the company in its transformation goals and regain its position as the market leader. Ricardo earned his BA in Information Systems at Catholic University of Campinas in Brazil and an MBA at Pfeiffer University in North Carolina in the U.S.
