[EN]: Mr. Lincoln A. A. Oliveira has over twenty-five years of telecommunications and satellite experience. With the creation of Star One in 2000 he was assigned as Director of Operations and Engineering and was responsible for organizing all the technical and operational area of the new Company. From 2005 to 2010 worked as Director of Engineering and Vice President. Starting in January 2011 he has been appointed General Director for Star One. From 2012 to 2021 the Company launched the Star One C3, C4, D1 and D2 satellites. In December 2018 Star One was incorporated into Claro S. A. being now a unit of Embratel, already incorporated into Claro. In the early days of his career Mr. Oliveira served as a professor of Electromagnetism in the Colegio Naval (Brazilian Naval College). Lincoln A. A. Oliveira has an executive MBA from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Pontificia Universidade Católica of Rio de Janeiro.
