Conner Reinhardt is Growth & Operations Strategist at constellr, where he works across leadership, product, and commercial teams to scale Europe’s sovereign thermal-intelligence platform. His work focuses on translating high-resolution temperature data into strategic insights for governments, defence partners, and critical infrastructure operators.

Before constellr, Conner optimized logistics at Tesla during the Model 3 ramp, co-founded an AI hiring startup backed by Sam Altman, and held strategic roles at Amazon, PwC, and Bank of America. He brings hands-on experience leading complex pivots, building mission-driven teams, and accelerating deep-tech companies through periods of rapid growth.
